First time juice fasting.

Hi, I wanna do a juice fast, this will be my first time. I want to know if I can drink Naked Juice and Bolthouse Juice while fasting? I read about making your own Juice with a Juicer, but it seems more expensive making it. If I Can drink Naked or Bolthouse, how many juice can I drink per day?
