I sarted reading recently about Black seed oil. I have 3 concerns and would like to know the dosage of the black seed oil

My son who is 16 has allergy every day morning he sneeze a lot ,itchy and red eyes and bad Acne , what is the suggested dosage for him ?

My husband's BP reading are usllay 125/93 the dystolis is higer, he is not on any medication, the dr asked him to excersie , what would be the recmmend dosage to imporve his BP readings ?

I am 40 year old female, I had alopecia areta but still have few patches to be filled it, how can I use the balckseed oil to cure alopecia
