i am convinced it isnt the over abundance of sodium that is the problem its the lack of potassium.

i am still looking for the good balance of the two and a good protocol for maintaining that.

in my mind i see sodium getting water in the cell and potassium getting it out. both are necessary for optimal health. most people need more of both.
