Can't workout without insomnia
I love to work out! I started lifting weights a few years ago, along with intermittent fasting and eating low carb and high protein, low calorie diets. After 6 months, it took a toll on me, so I tried different diets, workouts, and progressively, I couldn't work out without being dizzy. Fast forward 1.5 years, I haven't worked out, I lost all my definition, I have belly fat, love handles, itchy scalp, hair loss, dry skin, and dark under eye circles. Every time I try to workout past 10 minutes, with any type of intensity, I get lightheaded and I can't sleep at all at night, even with a morning workout.
I've tried b6, b12, adrenal health by naia, eating before the gym, eating after the gym, drinking lots of water, different diets, different calorie/macro goals. I've seen so many naturopaths that are stumped.
Please help, I miss lifting weights desperately.
