After drinking the 48 hour fermented tea 1/2 gallon per day for several days, I decided that It might be better to try the ferment earlier, so today Im drinking a 24 hour ferment. This one is not as carbonated, and is sweeter, but it still has a somewhat fermented taste.
This is a ferment that I started at a slightly warmer temperature than i normally would. I wonder if I managed to Kill off the other cultures while growing the Bacillus Subtilus.
On a side note, I covered my coconut water with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. It appears to have turned into rum.
