follicle mange on dogs

have a 6 yr old poodle /terrier mix and have been using teds remedy on her for the past few monthsand it seems to be working,myquestion is how long does it take ?it seems that they are still coming up from deep within her skin. i read here about a hive? whats that?they seem to clear up them more appear as i put on the borox and peroxide now they are moving to her tail.can i put sulfur cream on her?acv?when i bathe her the warm water opens her pores and i can loofa them out but more appear .how long is their life cycle?all help is greatly appreciated.

she doesnt have any other parts affected except her back.I took one off after it died it was black and when i removed it there was a big hole.i also looked at it with a 100x magnifier and it had these claws and long tubes(for lack of a better word) coming out of its head.She doesnt scratch at them constantly so i dont know if its mange.HELP!
