Re: Magnesium made me feel great, then fatigue set in.

Hi thanks again for your comments.
I've lowered my dose on Zoloft and I'm almost off.
I also added a small calcium (300mg) / vitamin D (100) supplement, along with 5mg of Zinc. I'm also taking Super B complex 1/2 pill. All this once a day. My energy has improved but still not as high as before, but improved. Right now I'm only on 40mg magnesium before bed. Sleeping has gotten worse in the last week though so might try upping the magnesium a little if I can handle it( I wonder if my body is finally ready for a larger dose, I was to sleepy before when initially starting magnesium from natural calm).

Great suggestion on being into the now. I've been using the practice of speaking to describe my place in a room, "I'm in the office at the desk, sitting, etc" that does help. I will keep working on these.

Now that the weather is nicer I'm walking outdoors more now, helpful also.

Thank you.
