Fecal incontinence - Gas and incomplete bowel movements.

I feel that stool is always stuck 5 inches away from the opening of my rectum. The first sign that I had an issue was when I was straining on the washroom and felt like I overstretched my rectum. As a result that day I had gotten a haemorrhoid and later found out I have a pelvic floor issue and potentially the walls have caved inwards. From all the straining and large stools over the years the rectum is very weak and takes a bit more time to evacuate and even then not all the stool will come out. My stools also became more flat.

Can exercise like squats, weighted squats (very low weight 30 pounds) kegels help with this. Does the pelvic floor operate like a muscle or a tendon. How can I make the inside of the rectum have bulk, while having all the muscles and colon wall strengthened.

Id prefer kegels, electric therapy over surgery.
