Hormonal imbalance help!

ok i need some help. I will give you a brief short story. I have been battling candida for 13 Months ( a lot better that I was a year ago). I have Hypothyroidism which is finally (in the last month) balanced out. I have had adrenal issues for abut 8 months and am working on that (which have gotten better) I have estrogen dominance and rock bottom LOW progesterone. Last month they put me on a 100 mg progesterone pill which caused sever side effects of bloating, Depression and fatigue. So we cut that out. My nutritionist/Dr is at the point of not knowing what direction to go now. Any thoughts please??
