Re: is this grandaddy fluke -all intact???

i have only been taking apple cider vinegar daily as well as coconut oil - a tbsp or two daily. and enemas - raw garlic, coffee, you name it.
problem is, i felt a little better yes, but after a few days, right back to feeling crappy again.
