The neon color is from thiamine, riboflavin and niacin (vit B2+B3) consumed last night with methylfolate, selenomethionine, liposomal MSM 750 mg, 1 whole organic lemon (juice of), molybudenum chelate, a vit k1+k2 capsule, b6 in p-5-p form, 2x magnesium malate, and 200mg betain hcl with pepsin.
This is after 2 days of drinking straight veggie juice. Recipe: 1 cucumber,2 Apples,1 large Chinese salad cabbage, 1 carrot. Yes, I ate other foods like eggs and shrimp and veg, but very little carbs.
