Sick disseminated parasites

I took Humaworm a year ago and like the others with unpleasant experiences I fell into that category. I have disseminated worms all through my body, no delusion. I don't have a clue how to kill the scattered parasites. I am such a clean person this just makes me I'll. My precious son, 3 yrs, drank after me and I am terrified that the larvae from hyperinfection was in my sputum. His sister, 7 yrs old, shared a whistle with him. I fear we are all hyper infected. Each day is a living hell, trying to have my mom or husband believe dissemination can happen from Humaworm followed by steroids. I am so scared and upset. I detest Humaworm for starting this mess. I don't even care about my own health at 36 yrs old, all I care about is my innocent children subjected to this infection.
Please help me
