Interesting, I hear that the body needs iron to use T3 thyroid hormone properly.

So why are you low-norm in iron? I wonder if this might provide leads.

Selenium has a history of warming me. Se is involved in conversion of T4 to T3. Se also binds with heavy metals. This protects the body from the HMs somewhat but would likely leave less useful Se for normal body functions.

I have a cadmium problem so that might be why I like the effect of generous amounts of Se.
