How to get rid-off obstinate tapeworm?

During the last 2 months of parasite cleansing process, I can see segments of tapeworm in expelled enema water (white, squared pieces, often 2-5 pieces), though no luck getting rid off this obstinate tapeworm. Also, never saw the head of this worm.

By taking herbal treatment (and 3 rounds of Zymex-II), I'm able to expel a large number of ascaris, though still feel the movement inside the body. So many worms are still there.

Doing liver flush periodically, coffee and ACV enema daily, so these are working for eliminating other worms (except tapeworm).
