Need advice to help my husband.

I need help for my husband. I am convinced he is ADHD. We have been married for twelve years, but it wasn't until the past year, when we have been working together in his business, that I became convinced that he is ADHD.

He is a foreigner, and grew up on a farm. His father's farm produced literally everything they consumed, and, unlike most Americans, he had little exposure to junk food growing up. Even today, he doesn't really like it, except for ice cream. So, he is inclined towards a home-cooked, organic diet.

I am personally more inclined to use herbs, but I am not against supplements, and use some of those, too.

I need advice on where to start with him. I know he will probably never agree to do a liver flush, but I know I can influence his diet, and give him herbs, vitamins, and supplements-those, he will take.

I don't want to give him a sudden and huge amount of different things. I want to start him on one thing, and then add other things. I have read here that magnesium helps. I have also read about gingko biloba, avena sativa, gotu cola, ginseng, and brami. I also would like to know what minerals, vitamins, and supplements would be good for him. I currently give him fish oil for high cholesterol. I assume it's working, although it's probably been a couple of years since he had a full physical-I will schedule him for one in the near future.

Please let me know what you feel I should start with, as well as the dosage.

Thanks and best regards.
