any exercise to fix mild prolapse caused by fissure?

about a year ago I gotten an anal fissure and shortly after I believe I have gotten an internal anal prolapse. From the things I read about the symptoms of a prolapse I have a few of the symptoms, like the feeling of sitting on a ball, incomplete bowel movements and wetness in the area. It isn't all the time but is still frequent. In the beginning I had to go to the washroom a lot (weakened pelvic floor) and there was leakage that had a smell that would fill a room. Fortunately the smell only happens on occasion now (can't smell it my self) and mostly when I sit when the sphincter is open because it is now loser than it was before the fissure and prolapse.

What I want to find out is there any treatments beside surgery to fix the problem with the prolapse and tighten the muscles. The common idea is to go into surgery except the risks are that it could worsen or mess with the nerves, which already are damaged from the fissure. It seems the muscles are weak and aren't able to move the waste quickly once it reaches the internal prolapse, plus the walls seem to not be held by anything and sort of "collapsed". Can strengthening the muscle fix the weak colon? How about the TENS machine for the nerves?

So are there any other natural fixes to consider besides doing kegels, light squats and eating more fiber?

Please help..
