I hear so many of you loosing weight. And doing it with just fasting.Was wondering in most things I read that when one dosn't eat or use exersize that one starts to not burn fat but musscle and other orgains. I would like to start fasting but would like to loose weight but also to cleanse my body more so. How and where can one start as I havn't read all the posts and haven't had the time to keep up on this stuff.
