Would you do a MC if you had adrenal fatigue ?

Would you do a master cleanse if you had adrenal fatigue?

And would you, say, take kefir during it to bolster your gut?

There was also a suspicion I had/have candida, so I'm guessing that the maple syrup won't be doing me good either?
