I second this thought. Also, even some of the very best oils out there should never be taken internally and this is one of my biggest problems with the MLM brands because they push internal consumption way too much without any knowledge of the individual oils they are talking about.

In addition to where the oils come from and how they are grown it's also important how they are manufactured, so to speak. Steam distillation is much preferred over solvent extracted. Avoid solvent extracted as much as possible. Beware any company that does not disclose its manufacturing process. "Manufacture" may be the wrong term, but I'm working on very little coffee this morning...

I'm not familiar with NHR, as they are based in the UK, but after a quick view of their website it sounds like a good option for Europeans. Thanks for the input! Tweet
