Re: Going to do an egg yolk, lemon (or grapefruit) and olive oil flush Sunday. Anyone want to join me?
Day 3 Update:
I took the 2 egg yolks with a small organic grapefruit and about a tbsp of olive oil around 3:30 am, then woke up this morning feeling GREAT. The only reason I didn't jump out of bed at 7:30 was that my Rottweiler happened to be sitting on me. I NEVER wake up feeling great. I typically wake up feeling like I can't possibly get up, always find excuses for ten more minutes, even when I'm running late. Now, this could be the placebo effect, but I have tried many different things for years and have never had a placebo effect like this before, so I don't know what to say about this exactly.
I forgot to add last night that I not only did I have no chocolate cravings after dinner, which I always do, I actually did not feel like eating chocolate or any dessert at all. That is another very unusual feeling for me. I hope it lasts:)
I am glad so far that I decided to do this cleanse instead of the kind in which you ingest
Epsom Salts . I should note that I take magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate every evening before bed and I just read that
Epsom Salts do pretty much the same thing, so if you're not taking magnesium already, you might want to.
