Lupus Symptoms

Attention people who do have Lupus. I would like to post my symptoms and see if this is what I have. I am still waiting results of the dr but with my luck it won't pick anything up.

Here are my symptoms:
-Chest pain(all the time), gets worse when laying down
-very fatigued
-vertigo
-joint pain
-warm sensation in all my muscles and cheeks(new as of yesterday)
-cold hands

Also how did you end up getting diagnosed?
