Is FGXpress legit or a slick Pyramid MLM?

Is FGXpress {MLM} and its Power Strips and Solar Strips hype or worth investing in as a MLM company? They make claims that don't seem to be very authentic such as Dr Kim from the University of korea is the inventor of Power Strips but no peer reviewed studies written by him can be found. Not even a Signatory I understand he may work for another company called KRISS.

Some people have reported the Power Strips can relieve bodily pain. They are classified by the FDA as a Class 1 medical Device like a hot pack.
