Re: Could I have lyme?
Hi,
I am a 22 yr old female and have a lott of the same issues as you, except that i do have thyroid issues and i have been diagnosed with lymes in the past, 3 times actually. if i were you, i would definitely get a test for lymes from your primary doctor. however, and this is VERY IMPORTANT to note, even if your test shows up negative, you can still have lymes. im not going to go into the specifics of how, but know that if you are really serious about figuring out if lymes is the root of your problems, you should contact a lyme literate doctor who will be able to help you further. this is what i am in the process of trying to do myself, as they are not inexpensive. so, if i were you, i would
save some money and go to a lyme literate doctor who will run something called the igenex test. heres the website:
http://www.igenex.com/Website/
basically, it picks up on lyme disease and coinfections even if the standard test from your primary does not.
you can find a lyme literate doctor in your area through multiple sites. here are some:

keep me updated on what you figure out. im going through a very similar period of health issues as you and i deeply empathize with you. i have faith in both you and me, and i hope you can find some help soon.
