The only Water Fast I've ever heard of is when you drink all the water you feel like, and consume Nothing else.
Best done itermittently, like fast until you are seriously hungry, not hunger from habit, for instance if you are feeding your dog and dry dogfood smells ravishing then it is time to eat, and not because it is normal mealtime for you.

Most important is that when you break the fast, eat only raw. Tweet
