Re: Other candida symptoms improving, but still constipated?

I believe that eliminating constipation is crucial in getting rid of candida. It won't cure candida by itself but I really don't think you can get over candida while constipated. What I have found is that stimulant laxatives are harsh, unpredictable and can strike without warning at very inopportune times. Milk of Magnesia on the other hand is gentle. I take 3/4 capful every day. Each bottle comes with a measuring cap. Not only do I have a bowel movement every day but the stool is soft and not hard. It has a consistency between peanut butter and toothpaste. This is good because it allows my nystatin retention enemas to reach the top of the colon (cecum) where the most candida lives. Hard stools act like plugs preventing the enema from reaching the cecum. If you only take oral antifungals I strongly suggest you add nystatin enemas to your regimen. Attack candida from both ends. I've seen amazing results.
