Two T. (1 oz) lemon or lime juice (1/2 lemon)
2 T. (1 oz) of pure grade B maple syrup
1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper (red) or to taste
8 oz of purified water (very warm)
Half Gallon Recipe
16 T (8 oz) of lemon or lime juice
16 T (8 oz) of pure grade B maple syrup
4/5 tsp of cayenne pepper
Total eight cups of liquid including the lemon and syrup
Gallon Recipe
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP grade B maple syrup
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
Total 16 cups of liquid including the lemon and syrup
