That story goes back many years here on curezone.

Iodine was being talked about and people were still trying to figure things out about why some people did very well on it and others seem to have problems. I happened to be one of those people that had problems, even though I thought there was something good about taking iodine and decided to go my own route to figure out how to make it work for me. I had asked God to show me how to heal and so in faith I kept reading and searching and I ran across this forum that you are now in. Ask Moreless. He taught us a different way at looking at pH balance. It took a while before I understood it enough to really get the most out of it but I realized that all of sudden I was not having problems taking lugol's iodine as long as I did the Moreless bath and health drink along with it.

Matter of fact I was able to hit the really high doses that were required to detox from halogens with. Later I decided to use Moreless's idea, that I didn't need that strong of iodine to accomplish what I needed to do. So I gently stopped and began using kelp with the rest of the protocol. The body works better if we give it foods with naturally perfect balanced minerals and vitamins. That way it doesn't off balance anything in our bodies. It does however take longer to see results in many cases and you can't be impatient and must be sure that you do what is required to make the most out of the protocol.
