It's amazing how hard it is to start, isn't it? But once you get going it's not so bad. I had planned to start on October 25th and I didn't get going until November 3rd. I am not going to beat myself up about that. I am just glad I got it into gear eventually.
I find myself indulging in lovely warm baths with lavender salts or various essential oils, too. It is something we can give ourselves at this time to make us feel good and being in the tub can take your mind off food for awhile. The aromatherapy also tends to make me less hungry or food fixated, because the floral and herbal scents don't remind me of food.
