I seem to be cured of the hemorrhoid.

I don't remember how long it took. Some report almost instant results.

Just use a shot glass. Put in a half teaspoon of cayenne or whatever you can tolerate. Boil some water and pour it in. Wait until it cools down enough to swallow. Chow down in one gulp.

It might be better if you do things like add lemon but I no longer bother.



Cayenne feeds the heart and rebuilds the venous structure of the body. Will stop a heart attack or stroke in its tracks minimizing any damage. No known dangerous effects of cayenne other than the burning.

If it burns too much you need to lower the dose until you can tolerate it.
