I'd look at food intolerances . Early on in supplementation I noticed that I would have ringing in my ears if I ate something that was possibly brominated(pasta, bread...). Well, in my case it turned out that it was not the possible bromination I was reacting to, it was the wheat. A precursory googling of "tinnitus food allergy " brings up all sorts of info. Experiment with your diet a bit :-)
