Re: Copper or Candida?

theres alot of information online that can confuse you. It confused the heck outta me. I been fighting candida for some time now I learned candida can eat anything. I mean, this fungus is able to adapt to anything you eat. it eats amino acids, glucose, fat so I stopped trying to be precise on what I eat.

What candida really likes is straight Sugar or carbs, but we have to eat some carbs in moderation.

I think sulfur foods are necessary because our gut floras need sulfur prebiotics like garlic and onions to survive so I eat them. Candida may ferment some of the things we eat but thats what this is... its a fermeneting colon illness so some fermenting is unavoidable till we clean the intestines and bring up the immune system.
