Hi Glaxony,

I do not have any conditions or symptoms you asked about. I did have bad cough a month ago but that was due to reflux content going in my left lung. I usually do not get flu or colds.

I take both K2 and D3 regularly. I like the Bugleweed idea. I ordered it from Herb Pharm. I will let you know if that works.
