Sudden fart smell out of nowhere?

I keep smelling sudden fart smells out of nowhere, and I think it's from me. There's no proof, but I've been having issues with my digestive tract and I actually have a problem with farts (medically speaking).

It might not be from me, but if it was, what causes it? I can smell the fart and it just smells like a normal fart (rotten egg ish smell).
