Brain stuck in Sympathetic Dominance.

Been treating my gut infection (Sibo).
Been getting good sleep.

- But why am I still soo sympathetic dominant??

I have already stopped working and going to school to help recover by removing stress.
Brain is no longer 'foggy' (althought the nervous system malfunction still makes for a very suboptimal functioning state)
I am slowly breathing all throughout the day in order to not let the sympathetic NS blow up on me.
But why does it seem like my anxiety can still unleash at any moment?!
It seems if i am not conscious, my heart is ready to just take off in a seconds notice.

All i can do right now is remain as calm as possible while my body/cells are still highly anxious.

I dont know why a good nights rest doesnt just turn off the sympathetic NS and allow me to wake up feeling normal.
