Neuroplasticity Amygdala programs?

Hello people,

I was wondering if anybody here has tried the amygdala and neuroplasticity retraining programs?

There are two programs currently on the market. One is the Gupta Programme and the other is the DNRS program.

I have severe late stage adrenal exhaustion, and defientely feel a hypersensitive brain response as a result. I am pretty much housebound.

Any insight into either programs would be appreciated. Thanks!
