Can you help

Hello I have been suffering with folliculitis for almost 10 months. I have been to a dermatologist and have had two treatments of Antibiotics . Sulfa gave me a rash and the doxycycline didn't do anything, the pustles left and quickly returned. I've been trying over the counter treatments (hibiclens for example) it's better but not gone and old pustles get reinfected. Do you have anything else to try? Could this be a lifelong problem?

Also mine started in my armpits then it appeared in between my legs and on my scalp. Is that normal? I did have a culture done, the doctor called it a low grade staph infection but didn't really tell me what that meant. I'm too scared to take anymore Antibiotics . Sorry for the length of this post but if you could please respond in any capacity, I've been frustrated, scared, and depressed for the last few months.
