IBS/Diarrhea/Candida? Still undiagnosed.

I figured it's about time I post here since I have read so much on this site that has been informational.
I am here to ask my own question this time with hopefully someone who can help me find the missing piece of the mystery.

Long story short, August of 2013 I fell ill with some sort of stomach bug/food poisoning according to the doctors when I went to the annual State Fair. The next day after the fair I had incredible diarrhea of sorts for a few days. Well after a few days of it not slowing down I decided enough is enough and went back to the doctor. After extensive tests, xrays, MRI, scopes, etc all coming back normal. I have now been classified in the IBS/PI-IBS category to most GI's.

After getting frustrated I finally decided to go to a holistic/naturopath doctor with some more extensive tests I have never heard of before. This brought on new excitement as I was hopeful for a solution. One test (which I found about on here) was the CDSA 2.0 test (results attached) as well as the Organix test. These came back with some decent findings but still nothing explosive according to him, though could be the reason why it is not returning to normal.

Fast forward to now. Things have gotten a bit better since the start however I still have extensive issues with urgency and going way more than I ever normally do (Average 2-4x a day, mostly cope with Imodium on bad days) He has be starting a new regiment for a potential bacterial/candida issue. Though the CDSA only came back with a 1+ for Yeast, he claimed this could be very wildly innacurate.

With some of the regiment he had me on last (GSE and Berberine) I finally expelled something that was completely unseen before and is making me post now. I have included a picture of what I am guessing is candida but maybe some sort of parasite/mucus? It was so white that is what caught my eye.

Can someone maybe shine a light on a next step/ideas?
