* must read * don't cut completely carbs !!!!
I will be brief.
Do NOT cut all carbs as 99% of the posts on forums/diets/advises online do say.
I have cut all carbs in the beginning of my candida battle 4 years ago and I am paying hard for it now.
I have read the book by Paul Jaminet "The perfect health diet" and it turned my strategy on 180 degrees.

1. Bodies immunity NEED carbs to kill pathogens, ESPECIALLY fungal infections!
2. In state of ketosis, (diet with no carbs), one of the ketons, produced of the organism acts as a protector of candida and candida becomes resistant to lots of drugs AND immunity in this state. This is proved with a scientific study. You can google for it.
3. Starving candida (candida which is not getting ANY carbs) becomes invasive, turns from safe yeast into dangerous and pathogenic form of fungus, go out of the intestines looking for "food" and exactly then GETS SYSTEMIC!
4. Candida thrives BOTH on carbs and ketons, but bacteria, including good bacteria, thrive ONLY on carbs. That being said, we are starving our good bacteria when on 0% carb diet.
Based on my own experience and the experience of anyone who has followed literally the ridiculous "candida diet", after you cut carbs, it helps in short term, but long term it makes you 10 times more sensible to carbs, and you can much, MUCH Harder include in your diet foods you have been tolerating before. The only 2 things that needs to be cut are white flour and
White Sugar .
Read the book, I recommend it. If you can not, just add some carbs. I have added potatoes and bananas to my diet and the beginning was a hell, but is so worth now. My sensitiveness is definitely lower and I fell better. I still have a long road to go, but finally I know I am on the right track.
"You can not solve a problem by having the same way of thinking you had when you created the problem" - Albert Einstein. Aplly this sentence to the point when you started the candida diet and think good about it.
P.S. Resistant starch and candida is also worth Googling.

I am currently killing lots of candida with Interfase Plus, taken 1 hour prior a zapper session with Medikzap zapper from Poland. Medikzap is quite expensive, almost 500 EUR but the die off is so obvious that I believe it is worth and really a different zapper.
Consider biofilms regardless of anything you plan. Heavy metals chelation is also a must. And the point is that the mercury I believe is also inside the biofilms with candida.
Good luck.
