If you read through the threads in this forum, there have been several brand recommended including: Amazing Herbs, Sweet Sunnah, Sahabi Sweets, El Captain, and others. I have tried all of them and these are the brand I like best, as I know the first three are 100% pure and undiluted, cold-pressed oils. Please also remember that BSO lowers blood pressure, glucose, dilates blood vessels and improves circulation so please take that into consideration if you are taking meds and/or going to begin incorporating BSO into your daily regimen.
