- vitamin A (occurs naturally in carrot -so carrot juice ) and cod fish oil
- vitamin B 6 (B complex would be better)
- eat less more often
-drink plenty (liquid assimilates better: eat soup or eggnog)
For you head, did you try applying ACV (apple cider vinegar)
itchy: zinc deiciency go to the drugstore and buy a diaper rash cream (as effective as the dermatologist cream but quite cheaper) andeat plenty of pumpkin seed.
Any advice is vain if you do not follow the diet andyou know taht. i would suggest you start with a raw food diet (veggies) for a few days to get rid of the foul smell of your intestines.
