Detox/Cleanse for Hair Loss/Eczema? Does Detox Help When Your Blood Work Is Normal?

I've been suffering from heartburn, dysphagia, orthostatic hypotension (occurring of blackout when standing up suddenly), muscle spasm, constipation, mild food sensitivity and severe hair loss due to gut dysbiosis.

I had two big surgeries involving general anesthesia within 9 months. Rounds of Antibiotics were consumed to prevent infection afterward. My body became weak gradually due to compromised immune system. I was able to raise my neutrophil and white blood cell count recently, which helped with a lot of symptoms. However, the symptoms are still lingering and hair loss accelerated.

As a male, I've been suffering from hair loss for 5 years now, but it was always frontal hair loss, also known as male pattern baldness. Starting last November, my hair loss changed to diffuse thinning. Coincidentally, that was the time when my digestive issue worsened.

Also, I tend to have no sexual desire, which can't be normal for a guy in mid 20's. I had no morning wood for a while, especially from November through January. My libido has come back recently, but still not as good as it used to be. When I checked my hormone level, estradiol, total T, and DHEA levels were all within range, but on a low end. Estradiol was barely functional. This may be because I have problem with thyroid due to high rT3.

I believe that every health issue I am suffering from originated from gut, as I took a lot of Antibiotics in the past due to four surgeries (had two more when i was a child) and acne.

I have tried numerous supplements to soothe stomach/esophageal lining (L-glutamine, slippery elm, DGL), increase stomach acid (salt water remedy, bitters, HCL), break down biofilm (NAC, lactoferrin, nattokinase enzyme), and recover good bacteria (probiotics, fermented foods). My bowel movement is more regular, especially compared to December/January, but my hair loss is just not stopping.

I was wondering if anybody tried liver, bowel, or kidney cleanse for hair loss. I am starting to think that my body has amassed toxins from all these supplements I've been taking for past 2 years. If anybody has a suggestion for where I should begin, it would be greatly appreciated.

PS: My blood test shows that kidney and liver are normal, even though some measurements are on the higher end.
