Mirena side effects

If this has been discussed plase refer me to the post: how Long before symptoms developed with the Mirena iud? I have had mine 3 years. the cystic Acne started 8/9 months ago. The fatigue has steadily increased. the last few weeks it has been dibilitating. No amount of sleep helps. I can't wake up in the morning with out adderall. I have times where I have to stop everything and take a nap. My mood swings have increased(zoloft for 4 yrs). I don't handle stress well at all now. I also have horrible Sugar and starch cravings and weight gain around the belly. My basic blood work is normal and trying to get my hormones checked. Wondering if Mirena could be a culprit.
