Tiny skin roundworms and in the air. Microfilariae?

A secondary infection I have that seems to really get "worse" with Albendazole: I itch and a tiny piece of "dandruff" (I think it's eggs) comes from my finger. I see white threadlike objects flying in the air that seem to be related. I sometimes see them on my skin when I have an itch too. Seem embedded in sheets, etc. I've once actually seen that these are little speck sized roundworms under a certain light. Weird.

It's not always so much an itch, just a weird external crawling. Improves with ivermectin. Most common places are head/scalp, eyebrows, and lower extremities. It often feels like static on my leg hairs or something

What could this be?

I thought micro filariae lived under the skin. But it'd make sense since I see ones in my eyes.
