Seems pretty clear to me, yet the majority of Christians consider themselves born of the Spirit, yet still walking and reaping the fruits of the flesh. Here it states so eloquently, that those that belong to Christ have crucified the flesh. After the flesh has been crucified, does it still have strength to prevail? According to most Christians, yes, because otherwise their definition of those who are born again would not be able to include themselves.
