The only thing i used was the store brand of metamucill from walmart.. Just take it as directed for a week and you will have big easy bowel movements every day, after a week of taking it-- give yourself a 2 quart enema and see how clean the water is that comes out of your colon..there is no build up of anything in your colon..years and years of waste??? where, it dont exist...
