not chewing gum
not eating spicy foods (even black pepper)
not drinking while eating (not drinking 30 minutes prior or after eating).

Also, there are certain foods that can cause bloating. Think of something you eat often, eliminate it, see if you notice a difference.

Finally, do you exercise? Maybe some running will help release the gas?
