Please help? If I miss a meal by 10 MINS I am fatigued for hours-DAYS?

I'm 24 & I've always had very mild bouts of what I call "hypo" (no idea if it would technically be classified as such) where I'd feel hungry in my stomach & after 30min-hour of not eating I'd feel it in my head- & get light headed, panicky, weak - but I'd be 'cured' the second I ate without any repercussions later.

After a rather wild holiday in Oct just gone, I fell off my healthy eating wagon & drank a little more than I should've, I even ended up eating stuff like gluten which I usually wouldn't dream of.

Since then I've suffered from extreme fatigue. If I chain myself to the kitchen & make sure I eat the right amount of food/carbs every 2 hours or so I can sometimes lift my fatigue for 2-3 days. But mess up ONE mealtime (usually bfast) by missing this 10 minute window & I will pay for 3-4 hours after at the very least, but often 2 or more days. One meal slightly delayed by 20 mins has the ability to set me back and put me back into this state of debilitating fatigue & dizziness that nothing can touch once I'm in it. My hunger has changed too, I often feel it in my head long before stomach pangs.

I know this all points to blood Sugar but my fasting glucose came back normal, & I've since used a glucometre at various points & had very normal readings. I've started seeing an Ayurvedic naturopath who thinks I've overloaded with toxins & has given me a herbal tincture & diet plan. I'm just so sick of this fatigue, I have literally stopped leaving the house & almost all human interaction. Help?
