Re: Food is not center of one's life

Wonderfully written!! I have struggled with food addictions all my life. Eating because it tasts good and makes me feel good, not to nourish my body. I was installing that same mentality in my 3 children. Dessert if you clean your plate...well if they eat all the portions we put on the plate they are already over fed!! Keeping a pantry full of processed easy junk food... The children have become addicted to low nutrition junk. Like I was. I noticed my 14 yo daughter who is 5'5"/130 lbs and very well developed has cellulite. She is not overweight but the food choices I have fed her her entire life obviously haven't been the right ones. (And no, I didn't point it out to her) but I have learned so much from researching and the Water Fasting has gave me an entirely new outlook on food and what it does to our bodies. I am sure I will cave to occasional indulgence as I am human but know the lessons I have learned fasting will forever change my viewpoint on food and how it affects the body.
Thank you Archus, for your support of so many and your and others informed and helpful posts.
