Double 9/11 conspiracy?

Did you ever stop and think that the 9/11 Conspiracy is itself just a Government conspiracy. Its obvious that 9/11 was not an inside job, (read this http://www.cracked.com/article_15740_was-911-inside-job.html).

However, the fact that is became so popular makes me think that the government actually started the 9/11 truther movement, or at least made it popular, similar to how the Koch brothers started the Tea Party. Like I think the government or some other powerful entity wants us to think its a Conspiracy so take away power from the US military complex.
