Athlete's foot fungal went under skin. What to do?

I have Athlete's foot infection for 18 month already. I f***ed up by taping it when it appeared first thinking it's a blister and. I didn't treated it for several weeks thinking it is just a blister that wouldn't cure. So it rooted deeply apparently and non of the stuff worked.

The only thing that worked was strong vinegar cotton attached for night. This way i cured few spots permanently. But it burned my feet.

Few spots left though. Hairdryer cures the skin quickly, but after few weeks it reappears. See image http://i.imgur.com/l4T1BSF.jpg

I blame Antibiotics , because my feces were like stones at that time, so may be some general candida overgrowth. Now kefir did good job and I am fine regarding stool.

What to do? I took Itraconazol for two months and it had no effect. Tweet
